Our newest art form in the Atlanta Music Education family is dance. Mr. Jacob and Ms. Jenn both are building such a great dance curriculum for their private and group lesson students. We know all our families are wondering what are the best ways to dress for dance for our little boys and girls. We’ve gone ahead and listed our favorite dancing uniform favorites.

A note about sizing: When looking at leotards, Ms. Jenn recommends treating their sizing like a bathing suit. Ms. Jenn also says to double check ballet slipper shoe charts because they tend to run small.

Carol Matz arranges so many of our amazing books, so it’s no wonder we love her Christmas Songbook so much. Best Early Learning Piano Books

Many parents ask when their child can start piano lessons. At Atlanta Music Education, we have had students start with us even before they walk in our Pre-K sing alongs. With private lessons, we have had students start as young as 3.

In our early learning lessons, we use a combination of piano time, singing, movement, percussion and sometimes even ukulele to introudce them to all the fun music there is.

The Faber books offer a fun, colorful series for our early learners that utilize numbers and patterns to help introduce students to the piano.
